Remnants of brick chimney to be removed, down to ceiling level if necessary. External chimney wall may need to be repaired or stabilised. New flue for logburner to be installed. Logburner may need to be removed from cavity and reset as some movement has occurred. EQC accredited tradespeople preferred.
