We have a Yunca Wegj 2000 Freestanding with wetback and have trouble with the right-side control that regulates the airflow. My Son is renting our house in Waipawa and the fire is Compliant with a Certificate since --- . My Son has stated that he uses pliers to turn the damper control and said he cannot get access to the control without moving the fire unit. We really need a qualified person to look at the unit and repair the control so that our family is safe.
