Fireplace replacement

Hello, I am interested in obtaining an estimate for the replacement of a fireplace in an earthquake damaged house. The house is an 1890’s Workingman’s cottage in Lyttelton, Christchurch. The fireplace in place at the time of the earthquakes was a double backed/two sided internal with a full brick double chimney. There was a fireplace in the lounge and a large decorative hearth with a woodburner in the kitchen dining area. It would be great if you can provide a reinstatement estimate of the above mentioned fireplace to a condition as per new, ie. using the same or substantially similar materials as new: full brick, decorative hearth etc, as best you can having not seen the original fireplace. I have a number of photographs which are pdf that I can provide. Thank you.
