Heat Pump etc.

Need to get heat pump installed at home, obviously need qualified electrician to do this - also I have an insinkerator that has an air switch that needs to be installed as well as the existing insinkerator taken out and the new one inserted. There is also some lights that are not working, or I am unable to get the bulbs out of them so whilst here would like that to be looked at. If I could get some indication of cost to do the above and also when this could be undertaken
