Refrigerant pipes connection and testing

I've an investment property which need to get a he t pump installed. It's GREE 3.4 kW cooling, 4kW heating. I can do all the installed except the connection pipes between the indoor unit and outdoor unit on the external wall. As I don't have flaring tools and vacuum pump. I'll provide the copper pipes as well. Does anyone can do this job, that's connect the pipes between the two units, vacuum the pipe circuit, turn it on and test.
