Wood Burner Removal.

We have a Masport wood burner that sits on a concreate plinth in the lounge. The house is 2 level and we would like the chimney, flute, plinth removed and roof repaired where the chimney was. Inside the area where the plinth will need to be tidied as we need to coordinate new flooring, ceiling would need to be made good by sorting out the floor and any plastering (though I think this is minimal). Note, the back of the log burner is not attached to the wall.
