Advise, supply and install heat pumps in four different flats

Hello, We are seeking a qualified installer who can advise, supply and install heat pumps into 4 flats that we own. There are two flats in Blockhouse Bay, one on top of the other in a converted single house. The other two flats are in Grey Lynn, also one on top of the other in a converted villa. In both these locations, there is the possibility of using the roof space, which I heard provides warmer and dryer air but I am not too familiar with heats pumps so it would be good to get some very upfront and honest advice. We have been landlords for over 15 years, and we are seeking a reputable contractor whom we can: 1. Trust to do a quality job 2. Provide simple and effective solutions 3. Has our interest in mind, therefore makes all efforts to minimise unnecessary costs and point out issues that are significant, but previously unknown to us, 4. Capable of making decisions that will improve the overall outcome or economy of the job. As we live overseas, the best way to contact us is through this website.
