Install Woodburner into Villa Fireplace

Licensed fireplace installer required to remove a gas fireplace (will be disconnected) and supply and install a woodburner into Villa fireplace. Assistance with council application a plus. Chimney will need some work possibly and some repointing work on the exterior. Chimney is two storeys tall. Advice required on which Woodburner to install. Would love a jetmaster open fire but don't think these can be installed anymore?
