Andy sounded knowledgeable on the phone so I engaged him to do the job. As I was not in the country my nephew was in charge of the property so exchanged details between them. Andy informed both myself and Scott of times and dates to be at the job. These dates and times were stuck to and the job was completed with no problems at all, very rear these days. Andy will be the first person I will call in this field of work for ongoing repairs or services. Communication is very important. Very happy
