-Water filter tap, on kitchen bench, will not turn off, dripping constantly (at the tap & under the bench) it also hums loudly when another tap is in use. -Shower tub leaks & has soaked the boards under the vinyl, in the bathroom, nearly the entire length of the room. Also where the head attaches has been leaking inside the wall for many years. The mould smell is nearly unbearable some days. -The tiles above bathroom vanity have not been sealed (between tiles & vanity) since installation around 10 years ago. It is also a mould smell hotspot. -The toilet leaks & throws water out of the top of the cistern when filling - at least once a day. -There are missing window wingnut (slide locks) missing in bedroom 3. A past builder removed & did not replace. -Window safety catch/slide in master bedroom has pulled screws completely out of window sash. -Window safety catch/slides in bedroom 2 don't lock/catch properly when windows are open & the windows swing in anything more than a gentle breeze. -The fence between us & 190GNR has rotten 3x2's that hold the palings up & have detached from the posts -Fence between us & 186 (house out the back) needs attention as has badly deteriorated needing, at least, boards replaced. -Both storm water sumps are blocked, both overflow nearly every time it rains, flooding the lawn & under the house badly
