Weed removal around the rear boundary fence

Hello - I'm after some help with removing weeds, that are located 1m on either side of my rear boundary fence; removing all overgrown weedy-like vegetation which is a patch adjacent to my rear fence on its lowest side (patch measures roughly 4m x 4m); and removal of the old wooden boundary fence which is rotten and is currently on a significant lean. The vegetation removal includes digging out and removal of a large flax clump which is located on my neighbor's property but they have given permission for its removal. All waste is to be removed from the property, apart from the flax can be left if this is going to be really expensive to dump. I'm after someone to come around and look at the area and quote, unaccompanied by me. If you have any questions about the work during your visit, you can all me on the phone.
