Replace ceiling gib

I need to replace the gib in my lounge. It was replaced by the previous owners recently but they did a terrible job. The room is about 5m x 6m and the the ceiling is sloping. As per the photo, the ceiling it split into four sections with wooden beams. I also want scotia putting up after the gib has been done. I'll arrange the stopping later. I will rip down the current gib so it'll be ready to go when you start the job. I'm guessing that there may be some framing required for the gib, I believe there was those small roofing tiles with holes in before the gib. I will arrange the gib once you confirm what sizes you think will be best. I want to tidy up the lounge before selling my house.
