Builder/labourer required. We're selling our rental property and need some jobs done to tidy it up. The property is located in Onerahi  Re-hang a door in the upstairs bedroom - we will source the door  Removal of torn foil under the floor boards and visible from underneath the house. This is the remnants of old underfloor insulation  Lay concrete pavers to back garden – approx. 18 (6 x 3 depending on size) – a rough guess  All rubbish removed – garden and discarded couch left by last tenant
