Back door fix and replacement glass for 2 x lounge windows

Back door is hard to open and close on our rental property in Onerahi. Consequently, the handle has been broken. Suspect there is water regress under the eaves above the back porch which is making the door frame swell due to moisture.. Also need 2 cracked windows repaired/replaced in the lounge.
