frame for outdoor spabath

I need a frame built to install an out door bath off the side of my deck. I have some decking timber that can be used. I am unsure of where to attach this to the deck so would like some suggestions here. Would need to be plumbed in and a box built for the pump. I work full time so would preferably like this to be completed in the weekend.
