Exterior timber board repair

Hello. We are looking for someone to repair a rotten section of timber board at the front of our house (see photos attached). Extent of rotten section about 80 cm wide, board is about 2 cm thick. I have some scaffold which I will put up this week to make access easier. Plus be warned - there are about 80 steps from the street up to our house in Wadestown. Update: Few more photos uploaded, and rotten board extends under the purlin. But looks like no rot in purlin itself.
