Hataitai apartment maintenance

I’m looking for someone who is able to undertake some maintenance jobs at an apartment in Hataitai. I require a washing line installed (into an external concrete block wall), some minor repairs to a section of a window sill where there has been damage from a security lock previously installed, and potentially a couple of small other minor repairs.
