Fireplace removal and patching GIB
Job description
Looking for someone to remove the concrete and tile fireplace, frame hole in wall, patch GIB and put new skirting board up. I will leave the floor as unpatched. The chimney was taken down to the roof line years ago. I’ve been told by an electrician that the electrical components are disconnected. The room is empty and ready to go as I am pulling down wallpaper.

Sunny did a fantastic job. He was very quick with communication and was really conscientious about not getting dust everywhere and leaving things clean. Would definitely have him back for future work.
