1) Resize Front door lock hole from 40mm to 57mm and install door knob. 2) Cut hole in bathroom ceiling and refit extractor fan (was not done when ceiling was replaced, all other components of extractor fan are in place) 3) Plane / sand internal door so it can close again 4) Assess potential rotted fence support beam and replace if necessary
