Swing in Tree, Clothes Line and Rack

I have a swing I would like to bolt to a non-horizontal branch. Also, looking to have a wooden clothes rack hung in our mud room. A bit odd though as the ceiling is slanted and there is a hanging light that may need to be swapped out or hung to the side with a hook out of the way. Finally, we had a retractable clothes line on two T poles but the wood rotted through and the clothes line fell down. We would be looking for advice on the best option for a new line and then have it installed.
