House repairs

Good morning - I have a list of jobs that need doing in a house that is becoming a rental: 1. Repair small hole in interior wall. 2. Plaster and paint small area in kitchen. 3. Install a piece of splashback behind the cooktop - to be purchased. 4. Install a new smoke detector. 5. Install a wall hook for an outside door. 6. Install a new mixer tap in the bathroom with either plug or soap dispenser alongside - see pic. 7. Replace the cistern on the toilet - I can arrange purchase of tapware and cistern through suppliers. The work needs to be completed by the end of April as rental commences first week in May. This is a hard deadline, sorry, so please include availability to do work in your quote, thanks! :-) Pictures below are of the kitchen plaster/paint to give an idea of size.
