Pantry shelves

We are converting laundry cupboard in the kitchen into a pantry. It is cleared and painted, ready to go. The job is to measure up for some straightforward shelving, purchase and install it. We would appreciate advice on the best products to use and how to put it all together to make the best use of the space. The cupboard is 136cm across and 58cm deep. It has 2 existing folding doors. There is a light and power point in the cupboard. An additional job could be a made to measure laundry broom cupboard in the new laundry area.
