Minor Maintenance
Job description
There’s a few things that need doing that I’m not comfortable in doing right. Probably needs a morning work but, if it needs longer, let me know as happy to work around. I’m also flexible on timing although preferred to be on a Friday Saturday or Sunday if possible. 1) I’m trying to screw in a hose reel outside our front door above the outside tap. I’ve made an attempt screwing into the facade but it hasn’t worked. Job - check to see if you can use the hole I’ve made. If not, repair the hole and make new hole to fix the hose reel into position. 2) Bathroom 1st Floor - We had a hairdryer holder that has fallen off and pulled off the wallpaper. Job - fixing the hairdryer holder onto wall again and covering the small patch where the gib is showing. 3) Kitchen bench top has a small chip in it. Job - filling the gap so it’s less noticeable. 4) Insinkerator in kitchen not working Job - check why it may not be working - it’s plugged in and has been taken off and cleaned. Not sure what’s the issue. No worries if you can’t find what’s wrong. 6) the wall above our lounge TV has marks where we repositioned the TV bracket. Job - to see if it can be smoothed down so it doesn’t show so clearly on the wall.

Avinesh was great, very communicative and easy to deal with. he also was flexible with timing and popped over to scope and quote the job beforehand. Highly recommended
