Odd jobs (light fittings and stove)

We'd like some like light fittings removed and the wall plastered over ready for painting: two in bedroom (pic with green wall), one in bathroom (blue and white floor - power already disconnected), and one in the hallway (under the heat pump). We've also got one ceiling light that's wonky that we'd like righted (the third pic). Also, the steel plate around the chimney needs reattached. And, two elements on our induction hob isn't keeping temperature. Would like to know whether it's possible to fix. If so, will also get a new seal on the oven (photo attached).
