Kitchen Cupboard doors fixed and Bathroom fan inspection

I have jobs across 2 locations- Churton Park and Brooklyn. Churton Park - bathroom extractor fan is noisy and needs inspection/repair. New bathroom mirror to be installed. Brooklyn rental property - x 2 cupboard door hinges are not working - possibly replace and rehang/install.
