Five windows to fix

Some windows need fixing that have got out of whack at our house. The house is a 1929 California Bungalow, the windows are from that era. 2 are in the bedroom. One needs hinges replacing as they have rusted; the other is not closing properly and needs a new latch. 1 is a bathroom window that has moved quite a bit and won't shut. 1 other is a bedroom one that's jammed shut. 1 large one in a porch that needs hinges attaching - it had been painted shut but I freed it up when I renovated the porch
