Fixing broken plank in wooden deck

A plank on the deck was broken when someone used a ladder on it to trim some foliage. I'd like someone to source a replacement plank and have the equipment/knowledge to trim to an appropriate length. It's a bit of a safety hazard at the moment, so getting it done in the next week or so would be good.
