3 handyman jobs

I have 3 separate jobs, you'll get a better idea of each through the photos I'm attaching. The 1st is an outside downpipe which needs to be connected to the roof drain. This borders the neighbours side and mine. He's a recluse type bloke, won't come to the door etc. So I've decided to just get it fixed for both our benefit. The second is a roof drain that needs shortening and curved outwards so that I can fully open a kitchen window. The third is a lino floor in the kitchen which needs pulling up so that I can sand the floorboards it doesn't look like asbestos, but it's old lino so we'll cross that bridge. U can dump the lino on the section, as I'm going to get a bin for general waste over the next few weeks. I need a quote for all three or each job individually, I don't mind. There will be further small jobs over the next few months on this house, so I'm looking for a good handyman. Regards Scott
