Job description
I am looking for a handyman that can complete the jobs listed below as we prepare our house to rent out. Attach doorstops (4); saw off a couple of posts/backboards; install a deadlock on the front door; reattach a hose to a spa bath in the bathroom; fix a squeaky fan; and attach house numbers on the house.

Ioane worked quickly, methodically and was very professional. Very pleased with his quick response to the ad, and the work that he did. Only thing not so good thing was the surprise cost at the end. He told me he worked for $30.00 an hour and had completed the work in three hours however when we settled up he said that he charged a minimum of five hours and he apologised for not being clear about this when I agreed to his doing the job. Grrr! However, taking everything into consideration I would employ him again though but I would ensure that I had a written quote and a minimum of five hours work!
