handyman for presale tasks

Hi there, I am planning to sell my Brooklyn townhouse in mid Feburary and I need a good handyman to carry out some tasks for me to bring the house up to a good standard. I would like the following tasks to be completed by a handyman: - repair small part of ceiling (small part was cut into by plumber to check leak and now needs to be re-plastered (painters will paint over once it is repaired.) - repair leak in floor. There seems to be a possible leak on lounge floor near range slider doors. Part of floor may need filling in with something. - sand and paint kitchen cabinet drawers x 6. (They have been affected by moisture)This job requires attention to detail. - remove and replace x2 mirror units in bathroom. (we will buy mirror units) - replace handles to some windows (if we can find the parts) - spray paint some concrete wall outside (possibly if you have the equiptment and subject to how much it would cost) There are 2 tenants in the house until end of January. I would require you to carry out work just after they leave - so the first week of February. There may be a chance they tenants will let us do a bit of work before they leave. Possibly in last 2 weeks of January. I will let you know if this is a possibiluty so it would be good if you are available some days during this time just in case. Otherwise work will definitely be in first week of February. We plan to go to the market for mid February so you would definitely need to be free first week of February. Many thanks :)
