I have 2 downpipes for the guttering where the 3 old copper brackets have eroded and need replacing with plastic. 2 of the brackets are reachable without a ladder and the other is about 3 metres off the ground. I also have two small wooden doors where the last handy person didn't fix the hinges into the concrete so they are not staying in place.
