Fix loose windows/gaps in house and garage windows

Lounge window has gap at top, kitchen window and bedroom windows have loose handles. Garage window has gaps and may need to be replaced. Garage door also needs replacing. Another door needs a lock to be fixed. Have attached a photo of the gap in the window and this is the main thing I want fixed.
