Few bits and pieces mainly filling/patching cracks and repainting

Job 1 - filling/patching around architraves and repainting where a new sliding door has been installed. Job 2 - replacing hinges on a front door where they have rusted. also patching where there are cracks at the base of the door and then repainting on one side. Job 3 - a few small fix-it jobs where there is scratched paintwork inside house so need filled and repainted. For someone with the right skills, unlikely to be a full days work I would imagine.
