Concreting

I have four awful old-brick steps which I would like concreted over as well as the last "step" slightly reshaped into two steps. At the base of these steps I would like a concrete pad to be laid under my balcony (which would be boxed in a curve to connect to the steps.) I will add dimensions asap. Fibrolite around base of the house is to be replaced as there are several cracks so concrete would be laid against it but all care must be taken to not damage the new fibrolite sheets. All concrete to have a brushed finish to reduce slipperiness. It is likely that concrete would need to be pumped in because there is only stair access down to the yard area from the driveway.
