Refurbish Existing Deck
Job description
My existing deck needs the decking replaced. 7.0 x 2.5 metres; ground clearance varies from 20-100cm so no consents required. All joists and underneath structure are sound and don't need replacing. Job includes removal and disposal of existing 100x25 decking. Please quote separately for (a) supply of 100x25 merch grade radiata decking, and (b) labour. And please, no phone calls on my home number at 6.15am! I am not a builder and don't keep builder's hours...thanks.

Stuck to the original quote despite the job taking longer than estimated - good stuff. Was obviously committed to doing the job to my satisfaction. More changes to the work schedule than I'd prefer but there were extenuating circumstances and he did communicate well about when he was coming. Would use again for another job.
