General Property Maintenance

We have recently moved to Australia and the healthy homes report has turned up a few things we need to get sorted before we can rent it out. - Ceiling insulation needs topping up in some areas so that its all at the 120mm loft required in the standards - Front door needs a draft stopper installed along the bottom to close the gap - Draft stopping to be installed to the bathroom windows - Ground moisture barrier to be installed I have attached some photos in the hopes that you will be able to provide a quote.
