Help needed

I have a rental and require a handyman to be there when I call. At the moment there is a corner of wallpaper peeling in a bedroom. Needs to be glued back. A tree in the front corner of the house is hanging over the house guttering. This needs to be pruned. It is not a big tree. The front door needs to be planed as it is sticking. I've yet to get a key for this door as the last tenant lost it. I live in Perth otherwise I would do it all myself.
