new kitchen (only small), new laundry, dining room jibbed, removal of 2 walls

Laundry I would like the walls to be jibbed, skirting installed as well as scotia and window framing, stopped, cabinets installed and flooring laid. Two walls removed and beams installed. Kitchen I would like jibbed, ceiling redone after walls are removed and then 2 new windows installed, cabinets installed and flooring laid. Dining room One wall needs jibbing, new scotia and skirting needs to be installed.
