ATTENTION: Handyman project

first property: Structure, Exterior Cladding: needs 'minor rot repairs and repainting. Garage is rusty and needs reroofing/ recladding.  paint and renovate kitchen.  Roof:- add building paper -vapour barrier.  Windows:- front window needs repairs. ********************************************************************************** Second property: Structure, Exterior Cladding:- Quite a few areas of rot, exterior needs 'major' repairs and repainting  Needs a few new door handles.  Roof:- Fair condition, minor rust. Needs some repairs (slips) and new fixings.  Insulation:- need top and bottom insulation.  Windows:- One or two windows have rot to frames. 2 or 3 broken windows. Need a few new sash cords and window hinges and catches. One panel missing to glass screen.
