Ideally, the selected candidate/s will be available to visit the property on Thu, 25th July at some time between 4:30 pm to 6 pm to view and gather information and provide an estimate. Example of list of things to do for house (but not limited to) Interior: 1) Carpet cleaning/minor repairs; maybe-TBD 2) Windows cleaned; maybe-TBD 3) Walls/ceiling painted (90 meters squared); yes 4) Window latches broken/to be reattached (unknown how many); yes Exterior: 5) Outdoor tiles of the house cleaned; maybe-TBD 6) Outdoor tiles of the house painted; maybe-TBD 7) Garage steel roof; yes 8) Windows cleaned; maybe-TBD 9) Deck (located in back door), repaired (any wooden planks damaged) and resealed; yes 10) Deck (located in front door with pergola), resealed; maybe-TBD *Photos were taken 6 years ago and are intended for dimensions and area of work, not the current condition, which will be determined on Thu when the property is ready for inspection from previous tenants.
