Expansion Joints for guttering and Flexible Brackets for Attic

Hi, I have just moved into a rental property, and there is quite a lot of sound coming from the roof structure and guttering from thermal expansion in the mornings. I am interested in having some expansion joints/brackets added at strategic points to help reduce this noise. It is a small house so shouldn't be a very big job. Thanks, Olivia
