Mount cupboards

I need someone to: 1) Mount a kitchen cupboard ( --- D already assembled) in to concrete brick wall (above microwave in pic). Note, two bolts are already in the wall, they will need to come out or be ground off (see closeup pic) 2) Assemble and mount a a small bathroom cabinet ( --- D) in to Gib wall (see pic). 3) Mount a key lockbox in to concrete wall. 4) Mount a letterbox on to concrete wall.
