Water leak under kitchen island

We found there’s a water leak under our kitchen sink just recently (possibly just loose pipe joints which we have tightened back now) and in turn the water has leaked underneath the kitchen island and to the floor tiles through the kitchen island. It doesn’t help when there’s a giant hole to allow the dishwasher pipes etc to go through under the island too, hence the water has leaked through that hole. We didn’t know about the leak until today but would like someone to help assess how bad the leak is and get it dried up/cleaned up under the kitchen island and possibly have to re-tile the kitchen tiles that are affected. I managed to take a few photos underneath the kitchen island through that hole too, and it’s pretty damp throughout.
