Replacing exterior Deck and Skirtboard

Scope of work: Replace the deck and skirtboard for an exterior area size of 1.3m x 1.0m. Use the deck material for the 5 pieces of skirtboard as shown in the picture. Material: Deck and the skirtboard shall be using 90mmx19mm (SpecRite 90 x 19mm Kwila Griptread Decking or equivalent) Fixing: Decking should be fixed with stainless steel screws - two screws per joist. Screws should be pre drilled and countersunk to avoid splitting the timber. Minimum of 4.5mm ventilation gap between boards is required as per manufacturer.
