Garage Door

1] During the time when there were strong winds in Auckland, the garage door in my rental property which was left slightly open, opened right to the max and due to this the door which opens outside went and hit against the brick wall outside. This has made the door a bit unstable and needs to be fixed. 2] We've also got one of the kitchen drawers where the handle side of the drawer has come out in full leaving the other three sides intact. This is due to moisture and the wood rotting. So a new drawer needs to be put in place matching the rest of the drawers. 3] There's a gap which needs to be filled with white silicon, I think. This is near the kitchen zinc and the wall. This is to prevent the water from getting into the wall. So the above are the three jobs for my rental property. There are two jobs to be done at our residential property. 1] The gate leading to our deck area is too hard to close and everytime we have to slam it so hard that it makes a lot of noise. 2] The shared fence in our property has some wood sticking out, which needs to be nailed down properly.
