House built in 1980. 2m x 2m Angled Skylight in Foyer (above a stairway) has leak at top near flashing. Has been going on for a while, obvious damage visible on surrounding gib. Will need an inspection of damage and repair.

Very good experience with Sam and his people. Language barrier was a little difficult with the workers but Sam translated for me to them. Workers did a very good job and stayed late one night to try to get as much done as possible.
