Good afternoon, I have a section of timber flooring that requires levelling, on the second floor. The area is 3.5m x 3.0m which will be vinyled over. The variance is around 20-30mm between joists. I do not know the best course of action: levelling compound, or pull up the floorboards and shim/plane the joists. The address is 36 Westpark Drive, West Harbour. Thanks, Sam
