Drill holes in concrete bricks

I need two holes to be drilled on a wall made of concrete bricks to run 150mm flexi ducts through it. I managed to drill one but couldn't get it done fully as I don't have the right tools, so I ideally want this to be completed and the second one to be drilled just above the cabinet that's to the right of the current one. Looking to get this done as soon as possible. Ideally looking for a quote/price indication based on these information and then schedule a day to get it done. If you would like to visit first for a quote that's fine as well.
