Wall mount reattachment and chip repair/repaint

Repairs required after some AirBnB guests didn't quite take as good care of the place as they should have. 1. Wall-mounted heater needs to be reattached. Heater was knocked which has pulled the screws out of the wall. Would like the wall appropriately repaired then the heater reattached. 2. Bag hit wall around door, chipped the wood and paint. Probably a sand down and repaint? Thanks!
