Some joinery repairs and repainting aluminium deck balustrade items

We wish to tidy up our house for sale, and have several small, "fiddly" jobs need doing: 1. Fixing two upvc windows (German, 3 way, with rods, slightly bent, so need fixing) 2. Strip back and repaint 15 post cappings and associated brackets on deck balustrade (aluminium section) 3. Fixing one bathroom cabinet stay which has detached from cabinet door (needs repair to door) 4.Strip existing sealant from shower cubicle doors (glass) and replacing with new clear sealant. 5. Fitting new lock latchset in existing bathroom door (just a new turning bathroom lock is needed) May have extra jobs. Possibly more
